Will I receive a confirmation phone call or email after I place my order?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation the same day you place your order. It will list the items you’ve ordered as well as how to contact us if there is a problem.


Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

Our warehouse starts pulling your order as soon as the order is entered. In the event you need to change your order, please give us a call at 1-888-922-9125 and we can make the necessary changes. 


Will my information be sold to other companies?

No, NADSO will never sell your name or information to any company.


What are my payment options?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.


Is there a cancellation fee?

When my order is placed online, how long does it take to be processed?

All orders placed by 4:30pm CST Monday-Friday will be processed and shipped the SAME business day.  


What customers can purchase "Franchise" flags?

All company logos shown on this site are the registered marks of their respective companies and are for demonstration purposes only, to show examples of the work we can produce. When ordering a Franchise Flag, you represent an authorized dealer of the associated brand. All third party trademarks (including logo and icons) used remain property of their respective owners.


Can I return my items for a refund if I am not completely satisfied with my purchase?

How much are Shipping Charges?

What if I'm a Tax Exempt Customer?

When you place your first order, please send your Tax-Exempt Number to us at custservice@nadso.com, so we can add it to your account. Please note whenever you place an order online, your online Order Confirmation Email will show tax; however, once we have your Tax-Exempt Number on file, our Accounting Team will update your invoice to exclude tax. If paying by credit card, this will be done before your card is charged.
